Welcome to the County Animal Controls of Illinois. Incorporated in 2006, we currently have 53 members counties represented of the 102 Illinois Counties. While we are relatively new, we are committed to helping improve animal control in Illinois.

County Animal Controls of Illinois represents animal control agencies throughout the State of Illinois.CACI pledges to influence companion animal legislation in order to assure public health and safety for all citizens, develop and implement professional training standards for animal control personnel, and provide educational information.
